Stucco Netting for Exterior Wall Plastering Support and Reinforcement

Stucco netting is a reinforcing mesh material used in wall plastering applications. Manufactured from galvanized steel wire twisted into hexagonal mesh openings, it features a flat, robust, and corrosion-resistant structure, and is widely used to support exterior stucco layers, prevent cracking, and enhance durability.

  • ASTM A641 galvanized wire.
  • Available in self-furred or non-furred mesh configurations.
  • Special discount for large orders.
  • Project reference can be supplied for your bid.
  • ISO Certificated factory.
  • SGS Test Report can be provided.
  • CAD or 3D drawing can be supplied for your design and construction.

Type

Depending on specific construction requirements, stucco netting is categorized into self-furred and non-furred types.

  • Self-furred stucco netting: It incorporates raised ribs to create an optimal gap between the mesh and the wall surface, facilitating ventilation, drainage, and superior material adhesion;
  • Non-furred stucco netting: It requires use with wood lath, metal strips, or other furring materials to establish necessary structural gap.

Advantages

  • Galvanized steel wire material: Offers excellent corrosion and rust resistance, making it ideal for outdoor and humid environments.
  • Reverse twist structure: Delivers superior tensile strength and overall stability, minimizing the risk of loosening and deformation.
  • Soft weaving process: Effectively prevents rust, wire breakage, warping, and bulging, ensuring a smooth, flexible mesh surface for more efficient installation.
  • Reinforced steel wire design: Increases load-bearing capacity and enhances mesh flatness and strength, making it ideal for large-scale wall applications.
  • Cuttable without unraveling: Edges remain neat after cutting, and wires are not easily dislodged, allowing for convenient trimming and adjustment.
  • High compatibility: Can be integrated with a variety of wall materials, including cement, plaster, and masonry.
  • Lightweight and easy to install: Facilitates transportation and on-site construction, saving labor costs.
